The vampire hype

So the whole day I've been watching Vampire Diaries. I've realized that the vampires are 17 years old. So if you want to be a vampire, find a vampire to turn you into a vampire when you're 17.There's so much theories to vampires.
1) They either sparkle under the sunlight or they burnt under the sun.
2) They probably have something to protect them form the sun.
3) They've got so much charm to lure someone close to them.
4) You have to either drink their blood or have the venom in you to be a vampire.
5) You would know if that person is a vampire when they act weirdly around blood.
6) When there's vampire, there are probably witches or werewolves.
7) Vampires are probably loners.
Well that's all I've got for now.
I'm so in the vampire thing right now, it's so awesome. Right now I would say I want to meet a vampire but when that happens, I'll probably freak out. Same goes for hunky werewolves.
Now I wonder if they really do exist.
